required fields, faxing them to the right number, and paying the required
amount of money.

The registration fee includes
- Book with invited talks and time-series competition
- Proceedings
- Lunches, dinners, and refreshments/coffee
and amounts to 6500 BEF for IEEE Members and students, and 7500 BEF for
others.
(1 US Dollar corresponds approximately to 37.5 BEF, BEF = Belgian
Franc).
